I read this as a child, and am re-reading it after 20 years or so. It left some vivid imagery in my head back then. Very entertaining, with lots of detail. Some engaging philosophy and some frightening sci-fi, and Vonnegut manages to pack all this into a quick read. Highly recommend it!

Gave this to a tourist from the UK as he was getting off the cruise ship into St. Johns. I gave out a big stack of books to people on the pier, mostly locals who worked at the shops. Wonder if we'll ever hear of any of these books again. Doubt it.
