A Thousand Country Roads: An Epilogue to The Bridges of Madison County
2 journalers for this copy...
The conclusion of the story of Robert Kincaid and Francesca Johnson, which began in "The Bridges of Madison County".
Sent in a book trade to jessibud on June 28.
Just received this book from wordyone as part of a trade.
Thank you!! It FINALLY arrived, lol! I was beginning to think it had *travelled* on a little side journey... Can't wait to read it! :-)

Well, it's taken me some time to get to this one. Don't know why. This was a quick read and in some respects, a bit disappointing. I so wanted their paths to cross once again though the way Waller mapped out the story, it was both suspenseful yet predictable. The *extra* side story of Carlisle McMillan was an intersting one but a little too pat, I thought. Oh well, I'm still glad I read this.
Will bring to the next meetup.

I am bringing this to the meetup tomorrow at the Harbord House Pub.
