I found this a thrilling read - until I got to the ending :( I'm normally really thrilled with Grafton's novels, which round of quite nicely, thank you very much! This left me at a loose end though, and I feel I lacks something that her previous novels possessed.

Just collected at the BCUK2004 Birmingham Unconvention to add to my tbr pile which has now tripled. yes, i am one of the many who arrived saying they wouldn't take many back, and then kept coming back from the table with a guilty look on my face trying to persuade myself and others that it didn't count for one of many reasons! The sight of so many people taking books was wonderful - thanks netstation for organising the meet.

I can't believe how long katweeble and I have had this book in our possession without journalling it - we're bad Bookcrossers! Sorry jackshome! The Uncon seems like a very long time ago now!
Mum and I are working our way through the series. I've enjoyed returning to them, and getting to know Kinsey again. She shows a tender, caring side in this book, particularly towards Danielle. Everything seems to happen very quickly - I don't think it's much more than a week between the start and the end of the story!
I'll keep this and try to pass it on with the next few books to somebody who'd like to read them together.
