Some of the chapters were a bit too technical and read like a college psychology text but the following chapters were interesting and easy to follow: Enjoyment and the Quality of Life, The Flow of Thought, and Enjoying Solitude and Other People. The final chapter, The Making of Meaning, reminded me of Viktor Frankl's book Man's Search for Meaning.
