Two fishermen discover a baby floating on an ice pan (iceberg) just off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. The year is 1912. At times gritty and realistic (life in a Newfoundland outport was very tough) and mystical. Some other Bookcrossers have given it high marks. I'll give it a whirl and then it can go in a Canada bookbox.
