I picked this up from a little library in a pretty Lincolnshire village while I was having a night away and in search of some reading material.
The book has two distinct but linked stories - one present day which I enjoyed and the other about a painter during the Renaissance which I just couldn’t get into.
I’m going to drop this off at a little library here in Norwich and hope that another reader will enjoy the whole book.
