How can a book conservator discover the story of where a book has been? This is a fictional story based on the facts of the Sarajevo Haggadah that brings it to life and with a little bit of emagination, could be completely true.

for someone who I know will enjoy it.

Thank you. Yes it is one I have been wanting to read.

What a wonderful way of telling the story. It is like an archaeologist uncovering one layer after another and explaining each. Hence the story of the book is told backwards, but the findings are told forwards. Basically it introduces people from the 3 main religions that developed from the middle east, and shows their good and bad sides over 500 years throughout Europe.
