First off, thanks for taking the time to check out the site & put in the Bookcrossing number! I would be even more appreciative if you made a journal entry so I know this book has found a new home : ) What’s great is you don't need to join Bookcrossing to do so if you don’t want to. You can remain completely anonymous and still let me know & anyone else who might be following along that you have found this book. However, my hope is that you will join so you too can follow this book's future adventures too. (You’ll receive an email anytime someone makes a journal entry). It's good, free, nerdy fun! : )

Please feel free to take your time reading the book, after you finish it though, it would be great if you made another journal entry with your thoughts about it. This book is now yours so you can keep it if you choose, but I would love for you to share it with a friend or leave it at a Little Free Library somewhere to keep its traveling adventure going. If you pass it along please make a release note to let myself & others know where you left it “in the wild” or a journal entry if you gave/sent it to someone you know.

A little history about this book…I got this book back in May of 2019 at a thrift store up at Lake Winnipesaukee in NH. I read lots of great things about it in the book world & the fact that they made a show of it made me figure I should pick up a copy to read at some point. With that said, I was pretty surprised by how disturbing it was, but like most dystopia novels though it has its value. Overall I found the book to be mediocre. One nice thing was it I found it more interesting to read as it went on and there was more character development. Well I hope you enjoy it more than I or at least find some value in the read too! Happy Reading : )

P.S. If you were wondering about the picture on the bookplate, it’s of Ballycumber enjoying some hiking on Mt. Kearsarge in New Hampshire.
