As always, I really enjoyed Cathy Kelly's story telling abilities. There were a lot of characters in this book, and I thought it would be difficult to keep track of them all. However, as I got into the book that was not the case. I found that I was not that fond of Bess, and JoJo was getting a bit tedious with all her woes, but by the end of the book I had warmed up to both of them. This particular copy of this book has some editing flaws (a few spelling errors, etc.) which I found unusual for Kelly's books, but was not bad enough to interfere with the reading.
Passing this book on to my sister, starrdust who is also a fan of Cathy Kelly. Enjoy!
This book was passed on to me today by my sister, Maranlin. She knows how much I enjoy reading books written by Cathy Kelly, just as she does! Look forward to reading this one.
