I found a great deal on a bunch of Beatrix Potter books at a local charity shop, so I am registering a bunch of them to bookcross!

My parents gave me a box set of hardcover editions of these little books for my first Christmas, and they were favourites of mine growing up. I am excited to have found this deal and to be sharing some old favourites with the world!

I might try to read this again for old times' sake before I let it go :)

While my husband was napping this evening, I re-read a few of these Beatrix Potter books so they'd be available to me for an upcoming release challenge celebrating the Lunar New Year-- the Year of the Rabbit begins later this month, so I'm looking for "rabbit" books that I've got around. It was strange to re-read these books as an adult, they're maybe sort of darker than I remembered them, but I think they're reflect either reality or the time in which they were written, depending on the instance in question.

I'm not sure exactly where/when I will release this book, but it's ready to go now!

I stopped in to Healthy Rabbit's Cambridge location today and left this book on my way out. I left it hanging on the wire art logo in the walkway from the parking lot/patio area. It's in a red plastic bag to protect it from the elements.
