Rachel catches the same commuter train every morning. She knows it will wait at the same signal each time, overlooking a row of back gardens. She’s even started to feel like she knows the people who live in one of the houses. ‘Jess and Jason’, she calls them. Their life – as she sees it – is perfect. If only Rachel could be that happy.
And then she sees something shocking. It’s only a minute until the train moves on, but it’s enough.
Now everything’s changed. Now Rachel has a chance to become a part of the lives she’s only watched from afar.
Now they’ll see; she’s much more than just the girl on the train

Thanks for sending this lovely book, it absolutely made my day when you offered to send it!
I received it when I saw my relatives for Christmas. I meant to journal straight away after the holidays but instead started reading... and now I'm already done with it... oops! I guess it must have been good. ;) Will write a little review in a separate journal entry.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Oops, I never wrote a review. I guess it's hard to write one without spoilering at all - and I find this book is best read as a clean slate, not knowing what to expect... so I sort of put it off.
Let's just say I really enjoyed this book, it's actually a quick and easy read but still kept me on my toes. The narrators are extremely unreliable, which, personally, kept me guessing all throughout the book, which I enjoyed even though some plot twists were more predictable than others.
I had promised a friend I would send this to her ages ago (in spring) but with Covid-limitations on post office opening hours and a brain like sieve I kept forgetting. ;) I only went in the post in the end of September or beginning of October. I hope she finds this to be an enjoyable read as well.
