Yes, it's from Oprah's book club :) A friend couldn't get through it, so she gave it to me. It will probably be "available" after I read it.
I cannot get through this book! Every time I look at it, I feel guilty. No book should have that power :)

This book was sitting on the table during yesterday's meetup in Enschede, and kept winking at me. So I picked it up, just to have a closer look, and people started telling me the book was "impossible" "great" "a lot to read" and that I would probably love it/ should read it.
Seeing it came from Antof9 made the decision: it came with me, to reinforce my Mount TBR, which seemed to be slimming this week ;-)

Yes, this book is an impossible mass of sorry, mishap, abuse, misunderstanding and deceit. I read it diagonally, skipping big parts, but I finally managed to read the last page, which has all this tragedy in it, too, and finally some air.
Not recommended, but you did not know that as you found this book, and you probably took it home with you because the outside looks good .
