It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

Blurb from the cover:
It’s Jack’s birthday, and he’s excited about turning five. He lives with his Ma in Room, which has a locked door and a skylight, and measures 11 feet by 11 feet. He loves watching TV, and the cartoon characters he calls friends, but he knows that nothing he sees on screen is truly real - only him, Ma and the things in Room. Until the day Ma admits that there’s a world outside...

This book started out brilliantly, the concept and the writing was haunting and heartbreaking when told from the perspective of Jack. Unfortunately for me this didn’t carry through in the second half which was disappointing.

A wonderfully thought out novel, it’s really well written from the perspective of Jack, the child protagonist. I think I missed out because I found out too much about it prior to reading it, I think it would have been better not knowing. I’ll therefore not say anymore in case I spoil it for anyone else.

The book was an interesting read and did make me have alot of emotion for the characters, however the book was abit slow for me. Also some of the characters frustrated me and I wonder why the author chose to portray that in the book. But anyway i imagine alot of people would enjoy this book with how its written in Jacks point of view. Thanks 😊 Katie.
