Jurassic Park
6 journalers for this copy...
I wasn't sure whether to categorise this as "Science Fiction" or "Thriller" because I can confidently say that it's both! Don't be put off by the movie - the book is considerably different, and has much more depth. The scientific background is explored in an interesting and thorough way, the characters are complex and dynamic, and the adventure fast paced, without being kitch. I enjoyed it far more than the movie, and would highly recommend it to both those who have seen the movie and those who haven't.
I plan to release this copy into the wild eventually, and possibly make it a themed release by leaving it in a video store.
