This book provides a full account of what happened - as far as it was known at the time of publication (2008) which was the year that the crime was discovered. (Josef Fritzl's trial was about to happen at the time of publication) It's a horrifying story, but with a glimmer of hope for Elizabeth and her children's recovery. I just hope that they've managed to pull through the trauma in the years since. He is a vile man deserving of his prison sentence.
