My wife's rating. She found it interesting and well written, but rather sad as well. It is set in New Hampshire and was given to her by a co-worker.

I was stopping in to the Kennebunkport rest area on my way to the hospital in Boston to see my husband and I spied this book on a flyer rack with a note on it that said free book read me. I noticed it was from Jodi Picoult and she is one of my favorite authors I love her style of writing, her stories are very well written and thought-provoking. Jodi Picoult books are very hard to put down once you start reading them. This particular book traveled with me from Kennebunkport Maine to Boston Massachusetts back to Dexter Maine and I finished reading it back in Boston at Carl J. and Ruth Shapiro Cardiovascular Center so some of things that are discussed in this story I am very familiar with.
