My husband is a fan of Lord of the Rings and has all the books. I had hoped to read them before the first movie was released last Christmas but it just didn't happened. Well now that trailers are out for the second movie in the series I am so excited and can't wait to read at the least Fellowship of the Rings & The Two Towers before the next movie. My husband decided he'd like to read them again with me so he is going to start reading Fellowship of the Rings to me tonight before bed. I am so excited. As much as I loved the first movie I am sure I will love reading the books.

My husband has been reading to me almost everynight. I love it. It is nice being read to (reminds me of when my mom used to read me Nancy Drew stories when I was a kid) and it is great sharing the experience of such a great book with my loved one. We are halfway through the first book and I'm just fascinated more and more with each turning page. Tolkien is brilliant.
