looks like I read this back in 2010! I remember enjoying some parts better than others. Here is my review from the last time I read it:
This is the first book I finished in 2010. It is a favorite author. But unfortunately I didn't like this travelogue as much as some of his others.
Though I did really find the sections where the author travels through Wales and Scotland very amusing.
