I chose to read this book this month because it fit Plum-Crazy's theme of Conspiracy Theories for the What to Read in June thread (Book Talk Forum), FALSE was an acceptable word. This is the first Catherine Coulter book that I've read and for the first 200 or so pages, I couldn't put it down. It was exciting with a new twist every time I thought I had it figured out. However, the end of the book was slow going to me, it seemed Coulter had a hard time wrapping things up. Plus the end of the book seemed more like a romance novel than a mystery/thriller. I realize that this is one of her early books, so I definitely would give her another try. I am going to reserve this book for a future Mystery/Thriller bookring entry.
