The sequel to "Trainspotting" is set seven years after the events in Irvine Welsh's debut novel.
Sick Boy is pissed of his life in London, where he have worked as a pimp, a barman of strip clubs and a drugdealer. It's time to get back to his roots, in the wonderful Leith suburb in Edinburgh.
When Sick Boy finds out his old mate Renton has been seen he starts planning a revenge for the cunt who scammed his and the rest of the gang's money seven years ago.
"Porno" is as colourful and full of pitch black humour as its prequel and all of the original main characters are present more or less.
If you've read Trainspotting, don't miss this one either. Read it before the planned film is out!

i found it under the table at nice and sleazys and it made my night. i read a bit of it and was just a little irritated at how perfect and funny everyones lines were. a bit too movie. a good movie though. nonetheless i am so happy to know that people are doing this bookcrossin and i want to do my part. i brought the book with me to saint petersburg and plan to leave it with my sister to do with as she will. she says that a lot of english speakers are starved for good books and will be thrilled to find it.
