I was first introduced to Whitley Strieber's work in the book "WarDay" which he wrote with James Kunetka. It's about the days, weeks and months following a nuclear attack on the United States. A few years later, in 1987, Strieber shocked the world with his chilling account of alien contact and abduction in "Communion." Strieber claims these alien encounters occured while he was living in a cabin in upstate New York. I tend to believe him and the information in the books that followed.
