I decided to read this book because of a challenge (for which I ended up reading another book instead). HappyHarryBabe offered to send it to me as a bookray, so I decided to give it a try even though I didn't need it for the challenge anymore. I would never have picked it up if it weren't for these two reasons, because I don't like romances and love stories.

But this one was a hell of a love story, the best one I've read so far. I couldn't put down the book and managed to finish it in just 4 days even though it's quite long. I really liked it. I fell in love with Henry and Clare's love story. Not with the characters, just with their impossibly wonderful love story.

True, it is too long, it could have easily been shorter without any damage whatsoever to the story. True, some parts are not plausible even in the frame of a fantastic/science-fictional story. But I still enjoyed very much reading it. And I feel like recommending it to anyone who's in search of a beautiful, original love story.

Found this book in a little restaurant in Perugia that was called 'Il Settimo Sigillo'. Will read it and drop it in my home country. Greetings from Belgium!

Now that I read the book I will drop it somewhere in the 'wilderness'. I found it quite interesting but not overwhelmingly good. It was in some ways a typical chicklit but thanks to the original concept of the time traveling it was a bit more than just the ordinary love story. I'm not sure where I'll drop it. It'll be somewhere in Antwerp or Brussels. Will post an update soon.
