Highly recommend for anyone looking for inspiration when starting a fitness program and losing weight.
This book is excellent for women (or men too) who are large size and have trouble with starting out on an exercise program. Tawni gives great tips and lets you know what to expect when you work out. She also gives tips on what type of clothes to buy for working out on land or in the water. These tips are geared toward everyone, no matter what size you may be.
