Received in the mail today. Thanks!
This was a good, quick read. I haven't read a paperback bestseller in awhile so this was a nice change of pace for me. Thanks for sharing it, mysteryfan03!
I received both this and another of the round-robin bookring books, "Hostage" at the same time. Unfortunately, I'm going to be extremely busy for the next 4-6 weeks and am afraid that I won't have time to get to either of these books. I don't want either of the rings to end up stalling with me, so I'll be sending both of these on to glade1.
Note: Mailed this off to glade1 on July 12.

Received several days ago in the mail. More later!
Pretty nice, quick read. I liked this one well enough that I picked up one of J.A. Jance's "Joanna Brady" books at the library and read it too. I mailed this to lilmztaz today.
putting at the top of husband's tbr pile with the other book rong book that came today

received today, to the top of mt. tbr.
This arrived in today's mail; I am currently in the midst of another read right now, but will get to these (two RR#3 books arrived together) in short order andjournal as I've read them. - To note my progress, you can see what I'm reading on my bookshelf.
I really did enjoy this soft-boiled mystery about now retired Seattle homocide detective, J.P. Beaumont. Well-developed characters, an interesting mystery with not one, but two appherent murders and a well-paced dialogue made for a fast, easy read. This appears to be one of the most recent of a long series revolving around J.P., and I enjoyed it enough that I intend to look for others.
(I'm still a bit confused by the title, but nevertheless, enjoyed the story)

Oldreader has already read this title, so I put this in the mail today. 3/5, to go back home to mysteryfan03.
