SUCH a good book. Reminicent, to me, of the Nightrunner series - Swordspoint is the story of an extremely skilled swordsman, Richard St. Vier, and his gentleman Alec. The plot is great, there are some interesting twists, but best of all is the characterization. Ellen Kushner is a wonderful writer, and sometime I'd like to read her other book The Fall of the Kings (even if it isn't about Richard and Alec.. woe).
