Not quite sure why I asked for this as I'm not at all business (or business-manual) minded. But having flicked through it, it actually looks quite interesting - to be added to the teetering TBR pile!
This book has come to me in a large box of books. I will pass it on somehow (I'm new to book crossing) and see where it goes next.
