A Moveable Feast
2 journalers for this copy...
When my friend was clearing out an old storeroom at her workplace, she found a huge number of books tucked away out of sight. Rather than see them thrown out, I kindly offered to adopt them all for BookCrossing.

I did start reading this and, to be fair, quite liked the style of the prose. Hemingway doesn't actually state whether this was fiction or fact or a bit of both, which I thought was kind of cool, and I liked the characters that he introduced. But I think I am more in a mood for a story and this is the problem I had with this book - there really isn't a huge amount of narrative to hold it all together. A lot of words (and good words I hasten to add) but not a lot really HAPPENS.
Maybe one of those books I would return to again in the future when my mood was more suited to it.
