This just arrived today; I will read it as soon as I finish my books from Christmas. Thank you so much for the postcards katayoun! The picture of the stained-glass windows is very beautiful. :-)
When I first started this book, I wasn't sure how well I liked it, but as I kept going, I started to change my mind. The landscape was beautifully described, but at times I felt like I knew the country better than the characters. Overall, though, I thought it was a worthwhile read.
