This is a fantastic book, which reveals to us the degree to which we have been brainwashed by the media regarding what women are supposed to look like. I bought it from Goodwill, even though I already have a copy. I was going to give it to a friend, but I think it would be more interesting to release it. My friends are pretty much all aware and awake, and don't rely on Glamour or Cosmo to tell them what they must do to their bodies to be acceptable. It would be pretty much like preaching to the choir if I gave this to one of my friends. Let's see if it will be picked up by someone who needs a little eye-opening - some woman who has been dieting since adolescence (or before), who is embarrassed to leave the house if she has a zit, who only has sex with the lights off, who thinks that if only she can lose that bit of weight then she will be beautiful and happy. READ THIS BOOK!
