I expected to like this more than I actually did. It was a book club choice by a member who said it was the best book she had ever read. It was an interesting read, but I found it a bit slow & predictable.

I found the book in a book swap, and it took me a while to actually pick it up and start reading. Once I did, it was hard to put it down. I loved the historical and political background as much as the special bond and strives of the twins.
Loved the book - enjoyed learning more about the history of Ethiopia as much as the story
It was an interesting and entertaining read. I found it a bit slow in places. The history of Ethiopia was very interesting.
