Hi! I'm just trying to clear out my library of books I'll never read again and catalogue those which I have and will. This is the absolute niftiest way to both. As for a "profile" -- I'm not that interesting.
The books marked "reserved" are available ONLY to members of the United States Armed Forces and will be sent ONLY to APO addresses or to addresses that are verifiably on a base. I'll cover the postage for same and retain the right to limit quantity. They are on a first come, first serve basis.
There are a few requests that go along with my sending the books, but no genuine rules. When I send them, the book yours to do with as you like, but it's fun to follow the BookCrossing philosophy of "read and release"!
Just go to "Kathleen's Bookshelf" on the menu and select "RESERVED" for the list and send me an email through the site. It'll go smoothly from there.
I hope you'll join the world of BookCrossers and if you do, mention that I recommended it.
By the way, if you see a book on my PC (Personal Collection) that I seem to be keeping but you'd like, give me a good story and there's a 50/50 chance I can be persuaded to part with it!
