Another excellent read Ian McEwan. Made even better by being partly set in the nearby Suffolk countryside of the Shotley peninsular which I know so well.

Beautifully written and gripping but not a light read. You need to stay fully focused on the book! Loved that some of it was set pretty much next door to my home marina on the River Orwell.
