Left at Riddik cafe

Caught today at Riddik Cafe.

A terrific debut novel. It is fast-paced, the structure and ending executed beautifully. Be warned; it is an emotional read, as one is transported to this horrendous time and place.

The book is an historical novel about survival, about war and justice, about friendship and love, and, of course, about chess.A good emotive read.
