Hi there. I'm recently separated and I'm also recently a new mother (again - 2 teens and a newborn!), so I'm finding myself wanting to socialize, but I'm BROKE! :-)

I'm combining the wonderful aspects of BookCrossing with the those of my local branch of Freecycle - I look for people who are looking to off-load books, then I go get them. I read and release those that interest me, and just release those that don't.

It gives me something to do just for me and it gives me the opportunity to meet all kinds of great, like-minded people. It's a total WIN-WIN!
