Saw in a charity shop and couldn't resist what looks like such a compelling read. Also a new author for me to try.

This is truly a wonderful version of the Old Testament story of Samson and Delilah.
My only criticism is that the ending was not given the attention of the start and the main story. The novel, I feel, ended a bit too suddenly.
All in all an excellent read. I hope many more people will enjoy it.

Ready to go travelling...!
On its way to Daffodil-2 to read and enjoy and/or give to the Cameo Cafe for other volunteers to also enjoy.
Received in the post today from Kirstykat along with 3 other books as a RABCK. Thanks very much. I shall definitely be reading this one myself-it's a little raunchy I feel, for the Cameo Cafe! (Not that we're all prudish there, but the premises are owned by the Salvation Army-enough said.)
