I think the numbers for Wales are low overall, so I'm not sure how many meets there are. I know of at least one person in Cardiff who hasnt joined up/set up meetings due to the low numbers

There's a whiskey bar near where I live and for late Jan they did a whiskey and scottish tapas "do". Food was certainly different, but the haggis (bite sized) and Deep Fried Mars Bar bites were certainly memorable!

Have finally managed to book my travel tickets 9yay me!) but I arrive relatively late (about 7pm) on the Thursday, so wont be in a position to join any Thursday excursions)
