i like taking my coffee while reading a book but i always forget that i'm drinking. when i do remember i usually end up drinking the then cold coffee in one gulp and get right back to reading.

I've tried reading it several times since but I could never get past a few chapters.

was reading Anthony Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential. I always read on the commute to and from work (it takes an hour and a half per trip). No one has ever asked about the book I'm reading.

the same is true for me. i used to give out copies of my favorite books to friends but they usually don't enjoy reading them :(

had me laughing so hard. It was such an enjoyable and informative read. I've read Lost Continent also but I can't find his other books here. He's definitely my favorite travel writer.
