I just found this on HM Revenue and Customs website (by Googling postal charges customs). The limit seems to be £18.

I went for the 32gb version. I have now got it 2/3 filled with music, language learning courses, podcasts, apps, books & short stories. So I'd definitely recommend going for the bigger size!

It means being overly sensitive to the cold, so if someone says you are nesh it is meant as a slight insult or to tease you. People use it here (Nottingham), and I think of it as an East Midlands / Yorkshire word.
