I would leave more, but I've gotten kind of jaded about all the books disappearing with NO JE's for months now. I don't mind leaving books of course (wouldn't be BCing if I did), but a JE now and then would be nice.

Does the Panera in Sioux City participate in BookCrossing? Or would that be part of the "Nebraska group" also? (Nearly half of Iowa IS west of Des Moines.)
