Shockingly it looks to be cheaper to get a flight to Bristol (and a lot quicker!) than to get the train. Also baggage restrictions will avoid temptation to bring back more books!

It is short and I did have to read it a couple of times to learn the techniques. One of them is a calming mechanism and I used it outside of a 'food panic' when I had a job interview. And it worked :)
