You might want to check with Kimmi ... she also started a bookring for this book, and looks like a long list of readers. Maybe you could divide and conquer that list so readers can get it faster?

She agreed to receive a bookring from me in September, and she never journaled that she received it. I've sent numerous PMs, which have been unanswered. Unfortunately, there were others under her in the bookring.

Hmm, good question. It's a hardcover book -- but it's not HUGE. I know that doesn't really help :P
