Extended Profile
I am a teacher at Troy Buchanan High School in Troy, Missouri. We are about 50 miles north of St. Louis. I am going to challenge my sophomore classes to set books free this Fall. I have a large library of class books that has outgrown my available space.
I thought this would be a fun and educational way to clear out some of the books. We will have contests to see whose book makes it the farthest by the end of the year, whose book gets the first response, and other things once the kids get ahold of the idea.
