Extended Profile
I am a retired teacher (first - fourth grades), married and the mother of two, step-mother of four, and grandmother of nine. I volunteer at a non-profit store which benefits the mentally challenged. I"m also an avid Scrapbooker ang greeting card-maker.
Besides reading, I enjoy spending my free time traveling, so I'm looking forward to releasing books all around the USA. I would be willing to release books for other Bookcrossers in the states I visit.
My favorite reading material includes mystery, biography and nonfiction books. The best book I've ever read is "Great Expectations" by Charles Dickens. Authors I admire considerably are Willa Cather and Laura Ingles Wilder, and for laughs, Janet Evanovitch.
