I'm a book fiend. I love books. I'm a reader, a writer, an online Spiritual and Sci-Fi/Fantasy second-hand book retailer, a former book buyer for an independent store, a women born in the 1970s list owner on GoodReads, a former book reviewer for the Bookseller's Association of New Zealand, and Flaxroots.com .
kingfan30 hooked me up to Bookcrossing and I was sold on the idea.
I'm open to wishlist grants (giving when I have the postage, receiving, always) and random gifting if you're in the gifting sort of way. If you'd like my address to secretly send me anything, please PM my address buddy
Diane-Fraser to get my address. I'm more than happy to receive and send on BookCrossing journals too.

Note for any Gift-givers/taggers outside of New Zealand:
I understand sometimes it is difficult getting Wishlist books to me from Europe and America (particularly during pandemics). For this I have three suggestions:
1. If you're ordering through www.betterworldbooks.com , when you click on a book's details you can see which warehouse the book can come from. Always pick 'UK' to ensure a book gets to me.
2. I always love supplies from the Bookcrossing Supply store (or gift certificates), and I like to support the BC Store - just make sure to put in the notes that it is for tigergirlnz, otherwise it gets sent to yourself.
3. I am rather depleted of Wings. You can never have too many months of Wings and they're so easy to add!

Re: Wishlist Tags, RABCKs, Secret Santas, HGGs, Exchanges, & Birthday ideas if you're stuck - Please note: My bookshelf does not necessarily indicate what I like, as I tend to bookcross books I'm often donated, or, books that others have in their wishlist. If you don't have a physical book I'm after in my Wishlist (no ebooks or audio books thanks), I'm willing, happy and grateful to receive:
BookCrossing Supply Store Supplies
Chocolate (some of my standard faves are: Reese's Peanut Butter cups, Cherry Ripes, Cherry Bounty Bars, Fry's Turkish Delight, Swiss chocolate, e.g. Lindt brand, Green & Black's, NZ chocolate, particularly Whittakers brand (especially Hazella, Dark Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter, or Rum'N'Raisin flavours), or, Schoc Chocolate: www.schoc.co.nz , or, something Cherry flavoured from your country)
Sweets
Soy Candle melts (I love Cherry, Black Raspberry Sugar, Sweet Orange, Vanilla, Lavender, and Pineapple in particular).
Wardini Books ( www.wardini.co.nz ) Gift tokens (they can be ordered online and hand-delivered to my letterbox amazingly)
Pak'n'Save ( www.paknsave.co.nz ), or New World ( www.newworld.co.nz ) Grocery Gift cards
Unused, (new) New Zealand Postage stamps to help me post mail around the world ( www.nzpost.co.nz )
Instant Kiwis (if you're a Kiwi that is) - the thrill and chance to win some well-needed money is always fun!
I'm also a stationery FIEND. I have a thing for pretty notebooks and purple inked pens. My favourite colour is purple...
My real name is Penny and I am searching for images/prints of Penelope waiting for Odysseus (like the legend/myth). Not Odysseus at all, just Penelope herself, waiting. If a Raven is in that picture, all the better!
I like all sorts of things really, EXCEPT coffee and regular, caffeinated tea (which I don't drink and my country's post service isn't happy about being posted into the country anyway), and I'm sadly allergic to the scent of Roses, and Jasmine. I do love Lavender, Sandalwood, and Rosemary though :D
BookCrossing Supply Wishes include:
Book Plates in English, Book Release bags in English, Stickers, Stick notes, Re-Address labels, Bookmarks in English, Econo labels, Tote bags, Jewellery (I still don't have but would really like: BC Drop earrings, and/or a BC necklace), Wings etc. Anything that supports the BookCrossing Supply store makes me happy :D

or, make a donation to your local Nourished for Nil, Foodbank, Animal rescue, or to Greenpeace and let me know about it. I believe in charitable giving to those who help those who cannot help themselves.
