I am, and have been since I was a little girl, an avid reader. I love anything from romances to mysteries, but mostly fiction, don't read much non-fiction. I read for pure enjoyment and entertainment, not motivation and/or self-enlightenment. I tend to stick to the same authors as long as they are active, and particularly love same-character series such as the ones by Patricia Cornwell, Stuart Woods, both Kellermans, etc. My two all-time favorite books are: Little Women from my younger years, and Gone With the Wind from my adult years. I could not count how many times I have read either, and still have my copy of Little Women which I first read as a young girl, over 40 years ago. I never go anywhere without a book on hand, and cannot imagine how anyone can not enjoy reading. Luckily, the public library is just about three blocks from my home!!
