I'm long time member of the SCA - Society for Creative Anachronism, a historical research organization. My two major careers have been critical care medicine and the military [US Army] with them overlaping for 20 some years. I'm now retired and spend my time writing fiction, dabbeling in astronomy and archaeology, doing handcrafts and trying to learn everything in the world.
