I am a middle aged (when did that happen?!) person who lives in rural (very rural) Pennsylvania. I am embarking on a new life path by going back to school (mid-life crisis career change). One of the local community colleges has an excellent program in photography and I am lucky enough to be able take advantage of it. I have lots of cats and lots of books. I have a lot of family living near by. My decision to slow down and LIVE and enjoy family, books, cats, classical music, volunteering, etc has been a good one and worth the drastic drop in income. I read just about anything and am active in my local library (four doors down the one street of my town.) When I heard about bookcrossings.com on NPR this morning I just had to check it out. So here I am, joining.
