Extended Profile
Jesus Christ above all! I love Him more than life itself!
BOOKS, travel, letterwriting, art quilting, foriegn languages, sewing/designing custom clothing, these are a few of my interests. The list could go ON and ON. I live on a farm but was previously from the Chicago area and still love the big city. I read compulsively, whenever I can squeeze it in. When I was a young adolescent my parents put me on a reading fast for a few weeks to help me learn to see life realistically and live in reality. It was hard, but wonderful and now I appreciate books so much more.
My sister and I started an English Country Dancing group- The Jovial Beggars, and I also love ballroom, swing and folk dancing.
What I read: Mysteries, travel, cookbooks, any beautiful non-fiction, books of letters, biographies, sewing and decorationg, theology, philosophy, apologetics, historical fiction, antique fiction, science, art books, adventure sports and travel, classics, poetry, short stories, whatever looks enticing on the new acquisitions shelf at the library.
