Extended Profile
I've been an avid reader my whole life, and firmly believe books should NOT languish in boxes or be hidden away. I was so thrilled to find this site, with the novel idea of releasing books in the wild! Before, I'd pass on books only when I knew someone
with the appropriate interests or age level to want what I had to offer - now I can just set them free and trust karma to find them a good home!
UPDATE ... I wrote that paragraph nearly four years ago, and still very much believe in sharing the love of reading. I no longer have a personal library, as my ex destroyed it during our separation. I've moved halfway across the country, and am starting over, learning Bookcrossing Zones and libraries (and thrift stores!) in my new town. It will be a while, though, before I have many to offer. Blessings to all of you!
