Extended Profile
ISO: I'm wanting to host a complete Xanth and Discworld spiral, which involves me collecting around about 70ish books. At the bottom of my profile you'll find a complete list of each series with * next to the ones I own. If you have any of the ones I don't or do (I can always use them instead of my own copies) and are willing to offer a trade please let me know.

I speak English, a bit of French and German (probably about a 8-10 year old reading standard)

The reason I've had so many catches is that I won the International Sweepstake for October. Thank you to everyone that sent me books I'll endeavour to read them asap and set up either RABCKs or Rays. If you're interested in a book that someone else has sent me drop me a PM and I'll put it to the top of my TBR pile and send it to you as soon as I've finished

University student from St Andrews, Scotland, studying chemistry. I love historical fiction, fantasy and sci-fi books :). Well actually I love all books!

I'm head of the bardic & Clothier's guild in the university's medieval society so I'm always looking for sheet music and clothing patterns to use!

I'm currently trying to work my way through Elizabeth Chadwick's books as I do some renacting at uni and really enjoy reading about the period. I love historical fiction from around 1066 up until the end of the Elizabethan period.
I also want to start reading the Xanth series (Piers Anthony) and Discworld (Terry Pratchett) in order.

My favorite book of all time is The Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy-Douglas Adams. I own about 7 copies of it in various forms and still collecting.

I love charity bookshops especially the ones with the 50p/£1 bookshelves and you'll vary rarely see me walk pass without having a look in.

I'm on RABCK.com

If I am sent a book I'll usually pass it on via either a RABCK or a Ray rather than wild releasing it.

Historical Fiction Book Club

In October I started a Historical Fiction reading group on the Book Talk Forums. Anyone can sign up . PMs are sent out when an update occurs. Click to take you to the book club information thread Last year there were a few teething problems but hopefully this year it will run smoother. Previous reads and threads are listed on this website: historicalfictionbookclub.webs.com/

My Shelves

TBR

If the book wasn't initially registered by me I'll happily send it to you after I've read it, just drop me a PM to let me know you want it and I'll put it at the top of my mount tbr. Books registered by me you can ask for but there is generally a mixture of things that are going into my PC and things that are going to travel, it depends if I'm creating a collection or on how much I enjoy it but it doesn't hurt to ask!

Available
Free to take/trade just ask and I'll try and post it to you budget depending. These books will probably end up being deposited somewhere unless they are one of my favorites in which case I'd rather they ended up with a BC!

Private Collection
Will loan these to people on the understanding that I get them back. This is until I run out of room on my shelves at home in which case they will probably end up in my available.

Reserved
These are usually reserved for Rays or a RABCK so check the forums.
